Vendor Rules & Regulations
Booth Space:
-
Antique vendors shall only display and sell antique & collectible goods.
-
10’ x10’ is a booth space (canopy, tables & chairs are not included). Additional booth space may be purchased and combined. Remember to include trailer tongues, canopies, counters, etc. in calculating the space required

All vendor set-ups must be professional, structurally safe and aesthetically pleasing. Photos of previous booth set-up or examples of product selection are required when registering

Vendors must stay within their allotted booth space. (They may not encroach on other vendor’s spaces or occupy the aisles

Booths may not be moved without permission of the IBX Antiques Market Committee

No booth space sharing allowed between multiple vendors

Vendors cannot sublet, assign, donate or trade their space

Vendors must be open during all hours of market operation on both Saturday & Sunday
-
No food or drink items shall be sold or given away to market attendees
-
No vendor will have exclusive rights to this show

Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own taxes and must provide their NC Certificate of Registration # (Tax ID) at the time of registration for booth rental

Vendor cancellations after March 10th will result in forfeiture of 50% of the booth fee. Cancellations after March 31st will result in forfeiture of the full booth fee.

The Market goes on rain, shine, or wind

Outside booths must weigh down and secure canopies, signage and other items added to their space to ensure safety in inclement weather/wind
Set-up/Tear Down:

Vendor setup time is Friday, April 10th from 1:00pm to 4:30pm for inside booths and 1:00 to 6:00pm for outside booths

All vehicles must be removed from the loading areas by 8:30am Saturday morning.

Breaking down the booths early is not allowed and will disqualify you from participation in future events

Breaking down booths may not begin until the event closing time on Sunday at 4pm and must be completed by 8pm that night.

Overnight security will be provided to monitor the venue and outside booths, but participants are encouraged to secure outdoor displays and booth set-ups.
Vendor grants the IBX Antiques Market permission to use photographs or videos taken of the Vendor’s booth for future promotional purposes related to the Antiques Market.
