Nonprofits are limited to one 10'x10' space without electricity. Contact us if you need additional spaces or access to electricity.

I have read the Indian Summer Festival Rules & Regulations and understand the requirements and agree to abide by them. I understand that if I do not abide by the rules and regulations, this agreement may be terminated and my fee forfeited.

By signing this agreement a vendor waives any claim against Downtown Hertford and the Indian Summer Festival Committee for any liability, damages or expenses arising out of any claim for injury or damages to any person(s) or property or any kind whatsoever, together with all costs in connection with the defense, including attorney fees.
