Guidelines
Who can Submit? Anyone! Whether you're a local business, nonprofit, community group or resident.
What kind of submissions qualify?:
We feature special experiences, activities and district promotions
We accept: tasting & sampling events, live music, fundraisers, workshops, seasonal activites, etc.
We don't accept: Individual sales, discount only promotions or standard everyday offerings, residential yard sales, etc.
Activities/Events must be open to the public—no private or invitation only events
Location Requirement: The event must take place within the Downtown Hertford boundaries OR be hosted by a business or organization whose physical footprint sits within the boundaries.
Submissions must meet guidelines to be included in the calendar.
